CPM US offers a wide range of services, but we have focused our efforts in four key areas over the past three years:
- Merchandising – which includes cutting in new item distribution, in-stock status & correction, display compliance & building, Quality Control & Audit programs and data collection & reporting.
- Special Projects – include department resets, merchandise reflows, and customized one off solutions that are unique to our client partners.
- Technical Services – this area of our business involves more than just retail service coverage, it includes technical analysis of certain technology related products, call center support and dispatch services.
- Dedicated Teams – customized field service solutions to match the unique needs of our client partners.
